Jacqueline C. Napper, PsyD, attended Bay Path Junior College, and was awarded her Associate of Science in Mental Health degree in 1974. She additionally holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Central Connecticut State University (1978) and a Master of Science degree in Psychology and Professional Diploma of Advanced Studies in Psychology from the Southern Connecticut State University (1980). She received her Psychology Doctorate from the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology Rutgers University and a postdoctoral Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychopharmacology (2004). Dr. Napper completed postdoctoral training in neuropsychology at the Fielding Institute at New York University and clinical psychopharmacology at the Fairleigh Dickinson University, the Runnells Specialized Hospital of Union County, and Private Practice Offices. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, the American Academy of Pain Management, the American Society for the Advancement of Psychopharmacology, the NJ Psychological Association, the National Association of School Psychologist, the New Jersey Association of Black Psychologists, the New Jersey Education Association, the Correctional Education Association, and the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences.
